Alejandro Garcia

Born in Bogota, Colombia, and raised in the US, song writer and singer Alejandro has left and arrived many places throughout the years. His family migrated to the US in 1993. Growing up in the US while living in a variety of cities, such as New York, San Diego, Austin, Chicago, and now Seattle, have helped him shape his writing style. His life experiences, travel and looking through the lens of so many around him, his lyrics and music have been expressed through his former Seattle / British Columbia band NoRey, which existed from 2008-2017. Now, Alejandro stands alone with a new batch of songs that have been carefully crafted over the past 2 years, with a solo album projected to be released later this winter of 2020. This new batch of music has more of a Spanish and Latin rhythm and feel while still holding to Alejandro’s writing voice.
